Singing Lessons

Red Music & Dance offers students and their families the option of Private and Group  lessons across our Vocal Department. With both the Private and Group options now available, students and families have the choice to select a class that suits their timetable and finances.

Our voice teachers are all experienced and trained in singing and performance. All lessons are tailored to your meet your vocal needs and instruction is geared towards vocal strength, growth and performance technique.

Our singing students are given supported performance opportunities throughout the year to fine tune their stage expereinces as well as shine to an audience filled with family and friends.

Our Vocal students can also opt to take singing exams in Musical Theatre and Singing through the Australian Music Education Board [AMEB] under the guidance of studio director and AMEB Examiner Melissa.

Examinations
Students are given the opportunity to complete AMEB Vocal examinations or one of three types of Rock/Pop Exams through Rockschool International.

Singing Lessons Redcliffe North Lakes

Group Singing - Pre-Junior to Adults

Our group voice classes teach healthy singing techniques that are unique to singing contemporary music. The classes also focus on performance techniques and equipment that is essential for singers. Through vocal exercises and use of popular music, singers learn important fundamentals of singing while building strength and stamina. Students under the age of 10 are encouraged to begin in our Group classes.

Private Vocal Lessons - All ages

Our private voice classes not only teach healthy singing techniques that are unique to singing, but also focus holistically on the development of the singer – as an artist or for a special performance or examination. Music theory and sight reading skills are also developed within private classes, empowering our vocalists to understand and communicate music in many ways. Students above the age of 10 are accepted into private lessons of 30 minutes or 60 minutes in length.
