Our Musical Theatre program at Red Music + Dance is where creativity, confidence, and community come together! In our classes, students learn key skills in acting, singing, and dancing, all while preparing for exciting performances that showcase their talents. We offer two types of semesters—skill-based semesters focused on developing technique and performance-based semesters where students put their skills into action, building confidence and stage presence.

Musical Theatre is more than just a class; it’s the ultimate team experience. Students build life skills, form lasting friendships, and discover a passion for creating and performing that will stay with them for a lifetime. With opportunities to perform in two full shows each year and participate in smaller performances each term, students can share their progress with family and friends in a supportive and celebratory environment.

For those looking to take their talents even further, we offer holiday workshops and the option to join our troupes for Eisteddfods and exams. Whether your child is new to the stage or a seasoned performer, our Musical Theatre program is designed to nurture their love for the arts and help them grow as confident, skilled performers.

Examinations

Students can complete Musical Theatre exams through Performance Arts Awards (PAA) and work towards Eisteddfod performances.
